4/8 - I purchased 3 shares today at $18.94 with Sell Targets of $20.83, $22.92 and $25.21. This is another one of those stocks that have done well for me and is near its 52-week low. It is a dividend paying stock on a well followed brand.
4/8 - Purchased a share of NWL at $21.84 with a Target sell price of $24.02. This is a dividend stock that I have had lots of luck with in the past and has a strong balance sheet and product line.
3/31 - Purchased another share at $44.64. I had previously bought another share about a month ago, and adjusting the target sell prices to $49.10 and $54.01 Respectively. This stock is down almost 6% this morning on news of profits that beat and revenue that beat. I think this price should rebound easily to the first target in the next couple of months.
3/3 - Purchased a share of WBA at $46.81 with a Target Sell Price of $51.49. This stock is a good paying dividend stock with good room for growth. It has a P/E Ratio of 6.81.
2/24 - Purchased a share of JPM for $141.91 with a Sell Limit placed at $156.10. JPM is around its 52-week low and has been getting hammered with the recent sell off. It pays out $4 in annual dividends and has a P/E of just under 12.
2/17 - I purchased 2 shares of LUMN today at $9.77 with sell limits placed at $11.77 and $13.77 Respectively. This stock has a EPS of $1.91 and a P/E Ratio of just over 5. This stock has a Dividend yield of over 10% paying out $0.25 a quarter. This stock seems to be under appreciated at the current price point.
2/15 - Purchased 2 shares of HTZ today at $19.89 a share, with Sell Limits placed at $21.89 and $23.89 respectively. This stock is significantly off its highs and should see a good rally to both sell points by the summer as travel ramps back up.
3/11 - First Sell hit today at $21.89. 2/11 - LUV is in a good position to grow with COVID on a downward trend and airport traffic expected to grow significantly with the COVID risk going down and people simply wanting to return to normalcy which includes flying. I purchased one share at $46.60 with a Sell Limit placed at $51.26. I think the stock will hit that limit this spring.

Long Term TradesLong Term Trades are trades that are made in a Traditional IRA which are meant for long term growth. I use a different approach which gears to almost only dividend paying stocks and hold assets until they double, in which time I take half back into the cash account so the remaining balance is house money. As with short term, make sure that your IRA is in an account without fees. I recommend the Chase Account as they will also give you an opening bonus. Short Term TradesShort Term Trades are what the majority of my regular trading consists of. Short Term Trades I generally expect a 10% uptick in the stock price in the next 6 moths or less. It is important that you use a brokerage account without fees, to maximize your profits. I personally use Chase as they have no fees and it is easy to use and navigate. They also offer a bonus to sign up with them.
